Terms

The following terms are broad and cover all our subdomains and reward schemes, however the specific terms in each site also apply to them. To use any of our reward sites you must understand English. You must be at least 18 years of age or at least 13 years old with parental consent and be the right age in the surveys you participate in. You may NOT use a proxy server/VPN or a shared ip address to access or sign up to any of our sites. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. You may not sign-up as your own referral. Nobody on the same ip address as you can sign up as your referral but may as a separate un referred account. You must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and when signing up for an account with us. We have is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome here. We rely on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users and advertisers. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by us, your account will be closed and any money you have earned and users you have referred will be lost. You may not pretend to be us using, but not limited to: '4freee', '4freee.net'. You may not copy in full or in part any part of any of our websites.

 

Liablity

4freee.net will not be held liable for any type of lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or any of our programs. We do not take the liability for any problems that arise out of any of our sites unless we expressly state so ether after or before the event concerning/causing the liability.

 

Spaming

Spamming is illegal and unethical and we do not like it. No member affiliate or advertiser is permitted to spam or give out false hope/promises to users or the public this includes using our name/brand. If you spam and we find out your account will be terminated and any earnings or potential earnings.

 

Privacy Policy

"Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address, IP address or email address. 4freee.net strives to develop and innovative services to better serve our users. We recognise that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. We do not give out or sell your personally identifying information to any parties what so ever, we also do not send out spam our self’s.

 

Data collection

4freee.net collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your IP (Internet Protocol) address we use this information to operate, and to maintain the security and integrity of our system. We do not give away, or sell ANY information we get from you, because we strive to be as trust worthy as possible.

 

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.

 

Payment

We will send out the rewards as soon as possible, however if a member is violating any terms or conditions laid out above
